Lutz Plumbing, a reputable company in Shawnee, KS, is currently seeking a full-time Dispatcher - Scheduler to join our office team This is a dynamic entry-level role where you strategically coordinate our daily operations and ensure excellent customer service.

You're at the heart of the action, earning $21.00/hour and raking in commissions based on revenue. YOUR SCHEDULE

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
  • Tuesday: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
  • Every other Saturday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

YOUR DAY

In this dispatch position, you facilitate smooth communication between our customers and our plumbers to ensure we provide prompt and efficient service. Checking our call board, you assign jobs to our field techs and inform them about the project. You keep in regular communication with our service team throughout the job and perform rundowns at the end. As calls come in for new jobs, you set appointments based on priority. Additionally, you take on tasks around the office, such as tracking inventory and scheduling vehicle maintenance, that contribute greatly to our day-to-day success


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Our ideal candidate has experience with Microsoft Office or customer relationship management (CRM) software like ServiceTitan. What matters most is that you meet these criteria:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • Computer proficiency
