Utility Vehicle EMS

Horicon, Wisconsin - Full Time

Productive Resources (www.productiveresources.com) is seeking a candidate to be part of our engineering team at our customer's facility in Horicon, Wisconsin. As a member of our team, the selected candidate will be a Utility Vehicle EMS who will validate EMS requirements and verify functionality to meet the requirements of the design.

This is a full-time position that is indefinite in duration with the opportunity of professional growth, and additional opportunities within our organization.

Duties:

  • Validate EMS requirements and verify functionality meets design intent.
  • Document testing, work with System Engineers to keep requirements database updated.
  • Assist in collecting data and support calibration activities in the field.
  • Tactical liaison between product engineering and PV&V supporting EMS troubleshooting.
  • Work with customer support team, support diagnostics development.

Requirements:

  • Experience operating recreational off-highway equipment such as UTV's, Marine.
  • Experience with SAE J1939 CANBUS or NMEA 2000 systems.
  • Experience with ECU and vehicle network analysis tools such as Vector CANalyzer, CANape.
  • Experience using oscilloscope/multi-meter to diagnose signals and electrical system.
  • Travel - 25-50%: test sites: Deere (Horicon, North Carolina, Florida) and supplier sites.
  • Experience: 5+ years in development and/or testing.
