Location: West Jordan, Utah (near I-15), Redwood Road and 9000 South
Company: The Investors Edge
Job Type: Full-Time, long-term career position
Income: $45K to $60K DOE

Responsibilities:
- Turn warm leads into qualified appointments through calls, texts, and communication with 50 leads daily
- Average 30 conversations per day by following a script and recording answers without sales pressure
Qualifications:
- 2 years of phone experience (non-sales roles such as customer service, surveys, collections, etc.)
- Comfortable with 5-7 hours of phone time daily, handling up to 30 different contacts per day
- At least 1 year of business-to-consumer phone experience
- Ability to follow up consistently and schedule appointments effectively
- Coachable, extroverted, and confident communicator on the phone
Measurable Accountabilities:
- Handle 50 new leads daily, with up to 30 conversations per day
- Set 45 appointments weekly
- Maintain lead to conversation rate of 38% and show rate of 36%
- Achieve a dollar per lead of $150
- Available for phone communication for 6 hours daily (talk time + time in queue)

- Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

- Strong phone skills with confidence and consistency in following scripts and engaging with callers
