Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery on the coil line, including coil straightening, cutting, and forming equipment.
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure products are manufactured according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs as needed.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and meet customer demand.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, including materials used, production output, and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machine operation is preferred.
  • Proven experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Familiarity with coil line production processes and equipment is highly desirable.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
