We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator with a minimum of 2 years of experience in equipment operation and experience working on a production line. If you have a strong background in working with various materials, precision tooling, and machine operations, and are dedicated to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate a variety of machinery and equipment to produce high-quality products.
  • Inspect in-process parts using precision measuring equipment to maintain quality standards.
  • Promptly and accurately complete all required recordkeeping and documentation.
  • Clean and inspect equipment regularly to ensure proper operation and cleanliness standards.
  • Perform sanitation procedures, including equipment disassembly and assembly.
  • Collaborate with peers to identify opportunities for operational improvements to optimize production.
  • Execute preventative maintenance and inspections on equipment to prevent downtime and maintain reliability.
  • Train and mentor others in machine operation and process improvements as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented individual with strong recordkeeping and documentation skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve production goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting.
