We are actively seeking HVAC Helpers in the Charlotte, NC area to join our award-WINNING team.

Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am-3:30. MUST be willing to be flexible as jobs may change
Target Wages: $16 - $18 based on previous experience
Position Responsibilities of the HVAC Helper
- Assist a skilled HVAC Techs by supplying materials, equipment, and tools at the scene of jobs
- Participate as a trainee in the installation, maintenance, and repair of systems
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service
- Willingness to learn and support the organization’s goals and values
Experience and Qualification Requirements of the HVAC Helper
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read and comprehend written (English) material
- No previous experience needed
Physical Requirements
- Able to sit, stand, walk, feel, hear, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl
- Able to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
- Able to utilize close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and adjust and focus
