Integrity Refrigeration and AC in Winter Haven, FL is actively seeking a full-time Sheet Metal Ductwork Installer / HVAC Technician to install, service, and repair ductwork and HVAC systems. We pay our Sheet Metal Ductwork Installers / HVAC Technicians a competitive wage of $15 - $30 per hour, depending on experience. This position typically works 8 AM - 5 PM Monday - Friday. Our company also provides great benefits, including 5 days of vacation after 90 days of employment and weekly performance and sales bonuses. ABOUT INTEGRITY REFRIGERATION AND AC

With over 50 years of combined experience working on all types of air conditioners, we can fix any make or model as well as work on both single-unit and split heating and cooling systems. Our customers can rest assured that we'll find the problem with their unit and provide a solution. Each service technician has a minimum of 4 years of experience with most technicians having an average of 8 years or more. We only use the best products and tools to work on equipment, which means we find the issue faster and more accurately, saving our customers money. By taking pictures and going into detail on all invoices, our customers know what they are being charged and why. We pride ourselves on having complete transparency on billing and prices.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SHEET METAL DUCTWORK INSTALLER / HVAC TECHNICIAN

  • Experience with duct installation, repair, and fitting
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work from heights or small crawl spaces
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
