Integrity Refrigeration and AC is currently hiring for a full-time HVAC Installation Technician / HVAC Installer to install new heating and air conditioning equipment in the Winter Haven, FL area. This heating and cooling position typically works from 8 am - 5 pm. We pay our HVAC Installation Technicians / HVAC Installers a competitive wage of $20 - $30 per hour, depending on experience.

ABOUT INTEGRITY REFRIGERATION AND AC

With over 50 years of combined experience working on all types of air conditioners, we can fix any make or model as well as work on both single-unit and split heating and cooling systems. Our customers can rest assured that we'll find the problem with their unit and provide a solution. Each service technician has a minimum of 4 years of experience with most technicians having an average of 8 years or more. We only use the best products and tools to work on equipment, which means we find the issue faster and more accurately, saving our customers money. By taking pictures and going into detail on all invoices, our customers know what they are being charged and why. We pride ourselves on having complete transparency on billing and prices.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform typical tasks associated with installing heating and air conditioning systems
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ductwork experience is a plus
