What it's like to be a RN or LPN MDS Coordinator at HARTS HARBOR HEALTHCARE: As an RN or LPN MDS Coordinator at HARTS HARBOR HEALTHCARE, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing care plans, and ensuring accurate documentation in compliance with RAI guidelines. Your role will involve collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, including case management and skilled nursing staff, to provide the highest quality of care to our patients. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential as you navigate the MDS process efficiently. You will also participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay updated on regulatory changes to maintain compliance in a dynamic healthcare environment.

What we're looking for in a RN or LPN MDS Coordinator

To excel as an RN or LPN MDS Coordinator at Nspire, you must have prior experience with MDS 3.0 and be familiar with the software and tools essential for accurate documentation. Strong interpersonal skills and a good bedside manner are crucial for effectively communicating with patients and collaborating with the healthcare team. While an RN license is preferred, we will also consider experienced LPNs who demonstrate proficiency in case management and skilled nursing.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • Prior experience with MDS 3.0 REQUIRED
