My Senior Health Plan, Inc. is a nationwide Medicare brokerage serving the Medicare-eligible population. We are seeking Licensed Medicare Sales Representatives based the Nashville, TN area to join our onsite Sales team in our newly opened Brentwood office. (We are originally headquartered in La Jolla, CA, and are now scaling our operations.) Our Company Culture is well-established and has a strong, supportive team atmosphere.


LICENSE & APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENT:

My Senior Health Plan Inc. requires all Health & Life Licensed Agents to have a current/valid Life & Health license and be able to satisfactorily pass all requirements needed to be appointed in every state by private carriers. All Health & Life Licensed Agents must comply with CDI regulations, continuing education, and renewal requirements, and complete the annual AHIP test with a passing score. Additionally, employees must comply with all Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (“CMS”) regulations.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Evaluate individual clients' needs and proposes most efficient plans that meet their criteria;
  • Assists prospective clients with plan reviews and enrollments;
  • Educates prospective clients regarding Medicare processes;
  • Pipelines prospects for future sales;
  • Conducts outbound calling to set appointments for Medicare enrollment;
  • Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services
Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Active/current Health & Life license; if you are not currently licensed, we have a licensing development path for you
  • Excellent phone presence;
  • Excellent command of the English language;preference given to candidates who are Bilingula (fluent in Spanish/English or Arabic/English desired)
  • Tech-savvy and able to multi-task;
  • Hand-writing neat and legible;
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and all MS office applications;
  • Initiative to take on additional responsibilities for further growth & development;
  • Open to coaching and implementation of feedback for immediate improvement;
  • Familiarity with all major insurance carriers
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships.
