About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Lead Teacher to join our team at Kids 'R' Kids Keller. As a lead teacher, you will play a key role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children, helping them learn and grow every day.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement lesson plans and activities that promote the intellectual, emotional, and social development of children
  • Supervise and engage with children in a safe and nurturing manner
  • Communicate effectively with parents and provide regular updates on their child's progress
  • Observe and assess children's behavior and progress, and provide feedback to parents and management
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive and enriching learning environment
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting
  • Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
  • Must have a high school diploma or equavilent
  • Must be able to clear fingerprinting and background check
