About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Lead Teacher to join our team at Kids 'R' Kids Keller. As a leader in early childhood education, we are committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and implement lesson plans that align with the center's curriculum and educational standards
  • Supervise and engage with children in classroom activities and outdoor play
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and behavior
  • Observe and assess children's development and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
Requirements:
  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to clear a background check through DFPS and FBI Fingerprinting
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a preschool setting
  • Child Development Associate (CDA) or equivalent certification preferred
  • Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic attitude towards working with young children
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to pass background check and obtain CPR/First Aid certification
