Anew Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Athens, Ohio. This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional who is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals across a diverse age range. 

Key Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as an LSW, LISW, MSW, LPC or LPCC in the state of Ohio.
  • Range for LSW, MSW or LPC is between $32-$36/billable hour based on experience. Range for LISW or LPCC is $39 - $41.50/billable hour based on experience.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
  • Availability to provide both telehealth and in-person services in the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy to clients.
  • Work with clients of all ages, from adolescence to adulthood (providers may specify their preferred age group).
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid NPI Number and Medicaid Number prior to starting.
  • Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling or therapy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create a safe, inclusive environment for all clients.
