CMA: Certified Medication Aide

Full Time Days

** Pay rate up to $20.80/hour **

United Methodist Communities is currently seeking an CMA: Certified Medication Aide for Bristol Glen Senior Care Community located in Newton, NJ. Bristol Glen, Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), is a thoughtfully designed to provide person directed care in a home-like environment to ensure exceptional care and quality of life for our residents.

The CMA: Certified Medication Aide administers medications to the residents of the Memory Support Residence.

Requirements for a CMA: Certified Medication Aide:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least one (1) year experience working directly with people who suffer from dementia and/or Alzheimer's Disease (preferred).
  • Must be able & willing to complete specific training in the care of the MSR resident.
  • Current New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant Certification in good standing or CHHA.
  • Must possess certification from NJDOHSS approved Medication Administration Course.
