We support our clinicians in building a thriving and profitable caseload upon a culture of values of innovation, professionalism, and healthy work/life balance. We seek licensed mental health therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) for full or part-time positions in our Mesa, Arizona location.

Clinicians are preferred for onsite work, and hybrid scheduling will be discussed.

Compensation:

  • The salary range for this position is $58,300 to $103,900 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

  • Independent mental health license in Arizona

  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience

  • Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families

  • Solid computer and basic technology skills

  • Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development

  • Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

  • Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations

  • Experience with children or adolescents

  • Experience with couples or family counseling
