Clinical Services Specialist

At HireFinder, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Services Specialist to join our team. As a Clinician, you will be responsible for providing mental health assessment and counseling intervention services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake, admission, and diagnostic assessments with clients, and document results according to standards.
- Provide ongoing individual and group counseling in accordance with funder/oversight policies and procedures.
- Screen for human trafficking concerns and provide crisis intervention as needed.
- Maintain client case files and funder databases in accordance with funder/oversight policies and procedures.
- Report significant incidents in accordance with ORR policies and procedures.
- Continually monitor the mental well-being of clients and arrange for appropriate services as needed.
- Facilitate educational and therapeutic client groups.
- Provide consultation and documentation regarding clients' functioning, mental health status, and treatment needs.
- Ensure the proper supervision of youth at all times.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in social work.
- 1 year of clinical experience.
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as either LPC, LAC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LAMFT.
- Spanish-English bilingual capabilities required.
