POSITION SUMMARY:

As part of the BI & Segmentation team, your role will be primarily to provide support across all CRM and Analytics areas, with plenty of opportunity to collaborate on projects and provide insights to the entire marketing organization pertaining to lead generation, email personalization/segmentation and database growth. This role provides key support in the areas of CRM, general analytics, campaign strategy, build, and execution, as well as reporting, data manipulation, and business analysis.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assumes oversight of Marketing Campaign Management and CRM projects, as well as make recommendations to the business on ways to improve performance as related to resulting enhancements.
  • Ability to manage project work and assignments in JIRA and prioritize based on business needs while also dividing work between oneself and more junior resource
  • Work with internal teams, vendors, and IT to generate Test Plans for CRM tactics from a customer data perspective as well as managing project deliverables from related vendors/partners
  • Work with One-to-One Marketing to support campaign execution (as part of Analytics Team) to facilitate Targeting Strategy using prior campaign performance, ad-hoc analysis and industry best practice
  • Utilize behavioral analytics to provide strategic insights to the One-to-One marketing team providing recommendations on the Timing, Targeting, and Testing of all campaigns
  • Review and make recommendations on campaign response analysis, such as impact of campaigns on revenue, call volume, web visits, and other metrics
  • Supports design, build, and delivery of customized Marketing Dashboards and Key Performance Indicators through MS Excel/PowerPoint, Power BI, and /or Tableau Software
  • Provides ongoing analytical support to all marketing business teams as required working closely with all stakeholders
  • Continuous monitoring and improvement of health of file/database for CRM channels
  • Tracks ROI of Database Marketing such as Models and Campaigns


    QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree in any one of the following disciplines required or combination thereof with related work experience:
    • Business: Marketing/Management
    • Economics/ Mathematics/Statistics
    • Computer Science/ Engineering/Information technology
  • 5+ years of experience using analytics and managing CRM databases & applications
  • Highly Analytical, well organized with strong communication skills
  • Enjoy working with variety of teams across the organization including: One to One Marketing, E-commerce, Loyalty, and Consumer Outreach
  • Candidate should be proactive with an eye for process improvement and the ability to manage multiple projects consecutively
  • Candidate should have a solid foundation with analytical data manipulation using query tools such as Power BI, SAS, Toad, and SQL
