About the Role:

Were on the hunt for a dynamic Associate to join the hive on behalf of our clients in the real estate practice. In this role, you'll support acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing transactions for a broad range of complex real estate deals. If you're passionate about commercial real estate and have a knack for navigating sophisticated transactions, we want to meet you

Your Mission:

Support acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing transactions Provide efficient legal service independently and as part of a team Quickly integrate into our national real estate practice Provide the highest quality of client service in support of complex transactions

What You Bring:
  • JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Admission or eligibility for admission in Massachusetts.
  • Experience representing sophisticated owners and operators of commercial real estate as borrower, buyer or seller, and landlord.
  • Familiarity with the full life-cycle of a transaction and able to review and comment on loan documents, leases, and purchase agreements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professionalism in working and engaging with clients and investors.
  • Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and exercise attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings.
Additional Requirements:

Must be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the United States. Must be at least 18 years of age.

Previous experience with large-scale real estate transactions Familiarity with both domestic and international real estate markets Experience working with Fortune 50 to 500 companies
