POSITION – Field Installation Technician

JOB LOCATION – Osseo, Wisconsin

STARTING DATE – Immediately

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Direct Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (6:00am-4:30pm, Mon-Thurs + OT)

STARTING PAY – $19.00 to $23.00 per hour depending on experience

BENEFITS – 1 week vacation with 2 full weeks on Jan 1st.

3 days Sick / Medical leave.

8 Annual Paid Holidays

Company Match 401K

Up to $3500 Year End Bonus (Prorated based on date of hire)

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Must have a valid Driver’s License

The Installation Technician will perform the installation of various products provided by the company at customer project sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily travel to customer sites with occasional overnight / multiple day travel requirements.
  • Installation of products provided by company that include but are not limited to; epoxy flooring systems, wall and ceiling panel systems, and agricultural liners.
  • May occasionally be required to work in manufacturing / fabrication shop to support product installations or as work load dictates.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Able to work independently to carry out assignments to completion while maintaining quality expectations.
  • Strong knowledge and experience working with standard power tools such as; table saw, drills and drill presses, routers as well as basic hand tools.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work occasional overtime as needed.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
