Shipping Specialist
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Mogadore, OH

Symbiotic Services is seeking a Shipping Specialist for a leading company in the label printing industry. This role is based in Mogadore, OH, and offers full-time employment in a well-established and fast-paced environment that serves markets such as cosmetics, personal healthcare, beverages, food, and dietary supplements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and ship customer orders accurately and on time
  
• Verify goods received against purchase orders or invoices
  
• Maintain records of merchandise received and shipped
  
• Organize stock in the warehouse and prepare items for shipment
  
• Manage inventory and ensure accuracy
  
• Update shipping and receipt information in the computer system
  
• Ensure 100% on-time, accurate customer shipments
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
  
• 2+ years of shipping experience in a factory environment
  
• Knowledge of packing slips, major freight carrier forms, and shipping cost calculations
  
• Familiarity with UPS/FedEx software required
  
• Forklift experience is a plus
  
• Ability to lift objects up to 75 lbs
