Job Description:

As a Sr. Data Analyst on our Digital Analytics Department at Grand Circle LLC you will play a crucial role in Delivering Consistent insights on key strategies to maximize profitability. You will work closely with our Director of Digital Analytics Marketing partnering with our Brand and Execution teams to provide actionable & measurable data insights across our marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct in-depth analysis of large and complex datasets to extract valuable customer insights segment performance, behavior, and preferences in the omnichannel landscape.

· Develop and implement consistent insight and report out techniques to solve business problems.

· Use data visualization and written summary to communicate findings effectively.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems for both Analysis and reporting to support Company initiatives

· Present findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

Communication Skills: Proven ability to translate data-driven insights into compelling narratives and communicate them clearly and effectively in both written and verbal communication.

Decision-Making Support: Ability to use data analysis to support strategic decision-making, with a track record of influencing business outcomes through data-driven findings and recommendations.

Executive Reporting: Regularly present findings at in-person meetings with senior and executive leadership, providing clear, concise, and actionable recommendations based on data analysis.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience creating and delivering Written Executive Summaries with supporting reports to marketing, brand, and execution teams to ensure that data insights directly contribute to achieving business goals.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.

· Proven experience as a Data Analyst in the Digital marketing space focusing on Web/Social/SEO/SEM Analytics

· Specialized in using advanced analytics tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).

· Specialized with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

· Excellent communication skills, complex problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
