The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and have the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities
- Greet clients as they enter in a courteous and welcoming manner
- Support the client to sign in and fill out the initial forms
- Offer water or coffee to the client
- Answer the phone and record all calls on a log sheet
- Transfer calls to the appropriate staff member
- Schedule appointments on an online calendar
- Text appointment reminders to clients
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Keep the office space clean
- Assist tax professionals in making copies, making follow-up calls, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Uphold confidentiality requirements and follow company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer knowledge
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Maintain professionality and be courteous to staff and clients
- Ability to multitask
- Be organized
- Have attention to detail
- Be reliable and punctual
- Be positive and willing to learn new tasks
- Be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
