We are looking for experienced full-time Counselors with a passion for helping people at our adolescent outpatient day treatment facility in Milford, MA.

New England Medical Group is committed to providing a happy and healthy work environment for its’ employees. We provide animal assisted therapy to the clients we support. We provide a Therapeutic Support Framework with layers of support at all our Day Treatment programs.

Position Overview: Oversee patient care and services for identified case load, including group and individual services, family engagement, coordination of treatment, referral and collateral contacts, treatment planning, case management and conducting clinical measurements/assessments to ensure the patient enjoys a cohesive treatment experience where all are working together toward the same goal. Services and caseload may vary based on particular need and job level.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s degree in related field with at least 1 year of direct clinical experience in a behavioral healthcare or substance abuse setting OR a Bachelor’s degree and initial clinical licensure of certification, with 5 or more years serving as an individual counselor within the related field. Salary $59,000 to $65,000 DOE
