Counselor II

New England Medical Group Partners, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Counselor II to join our team at our adult outpatient day treatment facility in Milford, MA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee patient care and services for a designated caseload, including group and individual services, family engagement, and coordination of treatment.
• Conduct clinical measurements and assessments to ensure patients receive a comprehensive treatment plan.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide a supportive and therapeutic environment.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in a related field with at least 1 year of direct clinical experience in a behavioral healthcare or substance abuse setting.
• Or, a Bachelor's degree and initial clinical licensure or certification, with 5 or more years of experience as an individual counselor.
