Food Factory Associate

Food Production Associates play a pivotal role in ensuring the creation of top-quality foods. As an integral part of our team, this full-time position involves hands-on work in a dynamic environment. Collaborating with the team, you'll be responsible for pulling items from the warehouse, accurately labeling and packaging products, operating various food processing equipment, accurately measuring ingredients, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Attention to detail, adherence to safety guidelines, and the ability to work efficiently are essential to this role.

$13 - $15 hourly

• Operate food processing equipment such as mixers, blenders, ovens, and filling machines
• Accurately weigh and measure ingredients to maintain product quality and consistency
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Package and label finished items for shipment
• Maintain adherence to safety guidelines and food safety regulations
• Stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and regularly lift/move 60 lbs, occasionally up to 100 lbs
• Display meticulous attention to detail while working with precision
• Efficiently manage time and communicate effectively within the team
• Follow written and verbal instructions

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of related experience preferred, especially in food production or manufacturing
• Proficient computer skills
• Capability to lift 60 lbs repetitively
• Understanding and adhering to job requirements and safety guidelines
• Ability to initiate, prioritize tasks, and solve problems logically
• Willingness to work independently or collaboratively as needed
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to changing conditions
• Able to work 40 hr weeks
