Position Overview:
 We're actively seeking versatile and skilled Handyman and Electrician professionals to join our team. As representatives of Nandail Property Management, you'll provide exceptional maintenance and repair services, ensuring the functionality and safety of residential and commercial properties.

 Electrician: (Certified or Licensed).
  • Licensed electricians or applicants that hold relevant certifications will be preferred
  • Strong understanding of circuit diagrams, schematics, electrical drawings and technical manuals
  • Thorough knowledge of electrical safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
  • Proficient understanding of AC/DC systems and electrical distribution equipment such as generators, switches, and circuit breakers
  • Expertise in automotive electronics, wiring, and integration of aftermarket components
  • Demonstrates ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers, voltmeter, etc.)
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with modern diagnostic equipment and software
  • Experience with custom fabrication for unique electrical installations
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • A proactive approach to continuous learning and skill development
  • A passion for innovative and creative electrical solutions in unique environments
  • At times will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes.
  • Active driver's license
