Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: 09.00 - 10.00 per hour

We are looking for nightshift caregivers to work 12 hour a.m and p.m shifts (Sunday to Saturday) in multiple Baton Rouge neighborhoods.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with daily activities
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Help with personal care tasks
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment

Qualifications:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or relevant certification.
  • Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Knowledge of and commitment to the values of Excellence, Professionalism, Compassion, Empowerment, and Progressiveness.
  • Ability to pass a background check. As a Federally funded agency, we cannot hire those with felony or misdemeanor convictions
  • CPR Certified
