The day-to-day duties of this role include ensuring proper tire pressure, replacing and repairing tires, and providing great customer service.  BENEFITS

Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour and up depending on experience Responsibilities
  • Lead the Lube team members and workflow, in order to effectively take care of customers promptly. 
  • Perform all lube, oil, filter, and multi-point inspection processes to ensure proper diagnoses.
  • Perform tire rotations, tire repairs, and perform Mount and Balances. 
  • Assess any supplemental vehicle needs such as brake, air filter, tires, ETC.
  • Always perform quality service and notify management of any substandard processes, parts, or procedures.

Additional Duties

  • Achieve customer service satisfaction through prompt and accurate service and communication.
  • Follow policies and procedures as per your specific manufacturer(s) manual.
  • Maintain employee, customer and vendor confidence while protecting operations by exercising discretion when handling sensitive confidential information.
  • Complete and maintain all General Motors required training.
  • Always maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to all OSHA/EPA requirements.
  • Maintain ability to handle job stress and effective interaction with others in the workplace.
  • Perform all other job duties as requested by management.

Qualifications

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Excellent driving skills and clean Motor Vehicle Record
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Consistent record of achieving or over-achieving goals
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Positive outlook with a high-energy personality
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Communication skills – communicate effectively with others.
  • Time management – manage one’s own time and time of others
  • Basic computer skills
