Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct all production-related activities with precision and efficiency.
- Perform powder blending operations in a clean room environment.
- Maintain and sanitize equipment according to stringent protocols.
- Follow all established methods and procedures within the Logistics Department.
- Submit call reports within 48 hours after returning from business trips or seminars.
- Foster a cooperative and constructive workplace atmosphere.
- Guide and direct lower-level or new employees in the department.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred experience in food manufacturing and familiarity with GMP and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).
- Facility and equipment maintenance experience is a plus.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain diplomacy and negotiate effectively.
