We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Social Media Manager in executing the company’s social media strategy, creating engaging content, and growing our social media presence across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner to foster a positive community and add value to the user’s experience.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and report findings to the Social Media Manager.
  • Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and share insights with the team to improve our social media strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and to support broader marketing goals.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks related to social media activities as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their audiences.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media data and metrics.
