  • Installation of Fire Alarm Systems: Install fire alarm systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
  • Service and Troubleshooting: Perform service and troubleshooting tasks related to fire alarm systems.
  • Leadership and Project Management: Oversees and directs tasks to meet project completion deadlines.
  • Compliance and Documentation:Ensures that all equipment, including specialty valves and fire pumps, is installed in strict compliance with manufacturers requirements.
  • Accurately complete and process paperwork (whether electronic or paper-based) required by the office and corporate management systems.
  • Certifications and Training:Ensure that required certifications are complete; instruct and train helpers, apprentices, or other personnel in service, repair, and system installation processes.
  • Safety and Quality Control:Follow safety protocols, submits necessary forms (such as Job Safety Analyses and Toolbox Talks), and reports incidents promptly; maintain quality control to reduce the need for return trips and warranty work.
  • Professionalism and Communication:The technician communicates effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders; maintain a professional appearance and uphold company standards.
  • Sprinkler Service Technician: Perform routine maintenance on sprinkler system; conduct internal inspections to ensure proper function and prepare detailed reports of inspection findings.
