Overview:

Responsible for technical knowledge and skills improvement of call center and service providers, making technical materials, and providing technical support. Establish technical support system, training and certification system, and driving personnel's skills and standards improvement to provide more professional and time/cost saving service.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the technical training of HQ (China), review and transform the technical materials, and translate headquarters English materials into Spanish.
  • Promote the regional level training, formulate regional training plans, and implement training; Monitor the training quality of regional countries, monitor the key points and difficulties of terminal maintenance, and carry out refined management of the technical capabilities of each country.
  • Integrate regional resources, promote national technology sharing, training, competitions.
  • Establish a regional training and certification system for technical managers, engineers, and agents; prepare annual plans; and implement them to stimulate the learning enthusiasm of terminal technical personnel.
  • According to the new product launch plan, review the quality of after-sales technical materials for the new product, develop a new product training plan, and organize implementation.
  • Continuously improve my own technical level, enhance technical consulting ability, and solve relevant technical upgrade issues reported by overseas companies daily.
  • Develop innovative maintenance tools, IT tools, maintenance processes, standards, etc. to improve maintenance and answer efficiency.
  • Monitor countries technical KPIs, analyze gap reason and improve.
  • Participate in the development of R&D prototypes, factory small batch, and factory first order product reviews, and propose requirements and suggestions for quality and after-sales maintenance risks.
  • Drive the improvement of the national terminal technical support, training, certification organization, and system, and improve the overall technical service level of the region.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in home appliance training and technology, with priority given to working in top competitor companies.
  • Language: English & Spanish.
  • Familiar with household appliance product knowledge, maintenance tools, maintenance processes, common faults, and maintenance technical issues.
  • Familiar with computer skills such as MS Office and video editing, able to undertake the development and transformation of technical training materials based on terminal problem points and needs.
  • Have strong organizational and time management skills to ensure the implementation progress and effectiveness of training and certification projects.
  • Have goal awareness and orientation, proactive and self-driven in work, strong execution and landing ability.
  • Adapt to overseas assignments and business trips, and be able to implement on-site training, certification, and other activities in neighboring countries.
  • Broad vision, willing to innovate, brave in the development and application of new technologies, tools, and processes.
