Description:

The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring 100% compliance for healthcare providers traveling on assignment throughout the United States.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in LE, Sertifi and compliance drives
  • Processing Onboarding Packets, identify issues that need escalation or correction.
  • Processing App Uploads in the Review Tab
  • Pulling documents from the Documents Tab in LE – Saving to X drive – Upload to LE
  • Saving and Verifying Nurse Certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc)
  • Reading and Saving Drug Screens, know escalation process for positive results
  • Running Nursys and identifying HITS that need to be escalated through the approval process
  • Running Sanctions: OIG, SAM, NSO, OFAC, State OIG, State Sex Offender, others as required
  • Maintain Assignments in LE to mirror X-drive
  • Saving Relias Exams and escalating issues
  • Saving I9s
  • Saving Backgrounds – recognized HITS and escalate via the HR process
  • Saving Drug Screens, escalating positive results
  • Proficiency in understaning medical documents (physicals, immunizations, titers, mask fits, TBs, X-Ray’s, etc)
  • Communicate directly with Recruiting, Sales, and Candidates under CM supervision

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and think critically
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook functions
  • Experience with handling health/medical documents a plus
