Join our AT&T Sales Management Trainee Program and embark on a journey towards career growth and success At Sol Connections Inc., we're committed to developing talented individuals who are passionate about sales. Trainees are responsible for engaging customers through interactive displays and promotions to market AT&T’s goods and services. Since you’ll engage customers while they are already in a "buying" frame of mind, the on-site promos we provide are extremely well-liked in big-box retailers. This strategy, which has achieved outstanding results, allows customers to make an educated, confident buying decision.

Management trainees will be given a direct mentor in addition to handling AT&T’s products to assist in coaching them on the operational aspects of maintaining our firm, such as managing human resources, client interactions, profit and loss, and team management.


Responsibilities

  • Learn to manage in-store marketing campaigns for AT&T inside of partnered big-box retailers

  • Develop and train entry-level representatives, fostering a dynamic team environment.

  • Communicate AT&T’s promotions and products effectively to customers in a retail setting.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge base of our evolving products and services.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.

  • High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is a PLUS

  • Ability to build a strong rapport with clients

  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional demeanor

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
