Sol Connections Inc. is an authorized dealer of AT&T and currently seeking a qualified sales specialist to promote our clients' products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at building relationships and closing deals. We’re seeking a quick learner who has strong listening and negotiating skills as well as an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Often tasked with giving presentations and occasional networking events, the sales specialist must be both approachable and professional in order to help us make an impact.


FULLY ONSITE FULL TIME POSITION IN MYRTLE BEACH, SC

HIRING IMMEDIATELY LOCAL APPLICANTS ONLY


Objectives of this Role

  • Represent the company and client effectively by developing comprehensive knowledge of products and promotions

  • Maximize sales performance through strong relationships with clients and awareness of their needs in a retail environment

  • Commit to customer service and building relationships


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of AT&T and its products to address consumer needs and identify how our solutions can address those needs

  • Utilize effective strategies to assist consumers in a retail environment.

  • Collaborate with account managers to drive the team toward success by setting clear targets and maintaining high standards.

  • Engage face-to-face with AT&T customers within our retail partner locations


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in sales

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Self-motivated with a passion for learning and growth
