Summary of job expectations for Accounting Manager:
Executive responsible for managing the financial actions of the company. In charge of tracking cash flow, analyzing strengths/weaknesses in the company’s finances and overseeing all aspects of its financial success.
We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager/ Professional to:
- perform effective risk management.
- plan our company’s financial strategy.
- reconciling accounts.
- managing accounting personnel.
This professional must be well-versed in all aspects of financial management, including but not limited to:
- Simple accounting
- Bookkeeping,
- Payroll
- A/R, A/P, investing.
Requirements
Responsibilities to include but not be limited to:
Reconciling all accounts weekly.
Budgeting company’s expenses.
Projecting future business expenses.
Auditing subcontractor payment deductions weekly.
Auditing payroll weekly.
Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the company’s operations.
Supervise all finance personnel.
Performing risk management by analyzing the organizations liabilities and investments.
Managing financials such as P and L and balance sheet.
Managing and reconciling inter company billing.
Tax preparation for CPA.
Managing G/L accounts for new assets.
Managing a depreciation schedule.
Monthly meetings with owners to scale down to Quarterly meetings.
Weekly financial planning meetings with management.
