This individual will help to train and coach associates to achieve daily productivity goals. The Warehouse Operations Team Lead executes the movement and distribution of raw/corporate donations based on direction from the Warehouse Operations Manager. The Warehouse Team Lead provides daily inventory counts to the Warehouse Operations Manager, making recommendations on the amount of inventory to cycle through. Essential Functions: Describe the duties that define the core responsibilities of the job. Lead warehouse team to meet/exceed operational goals by implementing strategic plans to drive efficiencies; utilizing key metrics to support performance and drive improvements. Review store product, transfer, equipment and supply requests at 2pm daily.
