We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter and update data into internal databases and systems with speed and accuracy.
  • Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
  • Maintain accurate records of all entered information.
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Follow data program techniques and procedures to ensure quality data management.
  • Collaborate with team members to address and resolve data-related issues.
  • Generate reports and prepare data for analysis when requested.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems (e.g., databases, CRMs) is a plus.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum [X] WPM).
