SUMMARYWe are in search of a motivated, results-oriented, and ethical administrative professional with strong leadership capabilities to oversee and enhance efficiencies within our fast-paced setting. The successful candidate will possess robust organizational, analytical, and strategic planning skills, along with the ability to smoothly transition from one project to another while maintaining professionalism and composure. This role entails providing executive administrative support to the CEO and other senior leaders in the Medical Device Manufacturing Industry.
LOCATIONThis is a direct-hire, onsite opportunity in Pinehurst, NC with a competitive base salary plus benefits and relocation assistance in one of the most charming New England style villages in central NC. FUNCTIONS
  • Support Senior leadership by aiding with administrative work like phones, emails, calendar management, scheduling meetings, and travel as well as project research and coordination.
  • Communicate with department heads and team members to ensure timely completion of projects and deliverables.
  • Assist in communications with customers, clients, vendors, and the public.
  • Assist in maintaining Outlook schedules to coordinate on-going meetings and functions: leadership team meetings, conference calls, employee meetings, and events.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, both international and domestic: travel itineraries, agendas, visas, passports, and expense reports.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field with a minimum of 7+ years of experience.
  • Ability to use a computer and all Microsoft Office products at an advanced level.
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to read, write, and comprehend business correspondence.
  • Positive, proactive, and professional in all situations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail organization that enables management of multiple projects or tasks.
  • Comfortable in a small office in a manufacturing environment with a demanding pace.
  • Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • A team player who can work well with all levels of management as well as outside external clients and vendors.
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently or with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems preferred.
