Position: Resident Advisor
Job Summary: Supporting individuals in recovery with day-to-day tasks and collaborating with various departments to promote a supportive and effective recovery environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provide support and guidance to individuals in recovery residing in the housing
- Monitor resident progress and ensure adherence to program
- Completes billing and documentation accurately in a timely
- Evaluate daily living functioning and assist residents in creating goals to
- Attending Ohio Recovery Housing training and conferences as scheduled and complete ORH
- Participation in community activities best represents the professional image of
- Keep well documented notes and communicate daily shift notes with housing
- The Resident Advisor will serve as a role model, act as a mentor, advocate and
Required Experience/Certifications:
- Minimum high school diploma/ E.D
- Knowledge of Electronic Health Records systems
- Valid State of Ohio Driver's License and insurance
- Must pass BCI check, all Corporate Compliance checks, and employment drug
- Must be willing to obtain your CMS certification upon hire (must be eligible to bill Medicaid)
Schedule
3rd shift Tuesday - Saturday 11pm - 7:30am
