Position: Resident Advisor
Job Summary: Supporting individuals in recovery with day-to-day tasks and collaborating with various departments to promote a supportive and effective recovery environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provide support and guidance to individuals in recovery residing in the housing program
- Monitor resident progress and ensure adherence to program expectations
- Completes billing and documentation accurately in a timely manner in accordance with agency expectations
- Evaluate daily living functioning and assist residents in creating goals to maintain sobriety
- Attending Ohio Recovery Housing training and conferences as scheduled and complete ORH surveys
- Participation in community activities best represents the professional image of Lighthouse
- Keep well documented notes and communicate daily shift notes with housing supervisor
- The Resident Advisor will serve as a role model, act as a mentor, advocate and motivator
Required Experience/Certifications:
- Minimum high school diploma/ GED
- Knowledge of Electronic Health Records systems
- Valid State of Ohio Driver's License and insurance
- Must pass BCI check, all Corporate Compliance checks, and employment drug
- Must be willing to obtain your CMS certification upon hire (must be eligible to bill Medicaid)
- Familiarity with computers and technology/ computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams

2nd shift Sunday - Thursday 3pm - 11:30pm
