The ideal candidate must be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and creating a memorable experience for our Porsche customers.

The Guest Experience Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a flawless, upscale and professional experience for all who visit our dealership.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback through various channels, provide recommendations for strategic direction and/or process improvements; monitor for effectiveness following execution.
  • Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless guest experience, help direct service drive flow and provide backup as needed at cashier and/or valet pickup area.
  • Maintain the loaner fleet including ensuring all vehicles meet safety requirements, vehicles are being check in and out properly, the fleet is appropriately utilized, providing backup assistance with loaner contracts and identifying areas of opportunity for process improvement.
  • Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately; assume ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.

Qualifications

  • Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record
  • Previous experience in customer service, highline dealership a plus
  • Professional demeanor with strong communication skills

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 / hour.
