Seeking a Family Assistant/Nanny for a busy family with two energetic boys (ages 6 and 9), dogs, and chickens. Looking for a kind-hearted, animal-loving, and organized individual to help manage the household. The family values honesty, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities, and they strive to maintain long-term relationship.

Responsibilities:

  • Household tidying and organization
  • Kids' laundry
  • Walking and helping with the family dog
  • Cooking family meals- MUST Be comfortable in kitchen
  • Easy Recipes Provided
  • Grocery inventory, shopping, and running errands
  • Driving and supervising the kids' after-school chores and activities
  • Occasional personal assistant tasks, such as planning family vacations and booking kids' camps
  • Excellent Communication Skills/ Assist Mom with Executive Assistant Tasks-Possible 2-4 Hours
  • Potential For Expansion

Hours:

  • Monday - Thursday 10am-6pm, with flexibility for Fridays for extra hours
  • Guaranteed 32 hours per week
  • Flexible schedule with negotiable days
  • Occasional morning availability as needed

Compensation:

  • $30-35 per hour based on experience and qualifications
  • Benefits: 2 weeks Paid vacation, 3 sick days/ 2 personal days, Health Care Stipend negotiable.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driver's license (family car provided during working hours)
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred
  • Must love animals and be comfortable with dogs and chickens
  • Energetic, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy household
  • Provide3-5 professional references

Additional Information:

  • Long-term position
  • Occasional travel to Cape Cod during the summer, with potential to care for chickens at home while the family is away
