Job Summary

The Safeguard Experience Coordinator is a multi-faceted, hybrid role reporting into Human Resources and Marketing Communications. The ideal individual will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors to Safeguard Medical’s Global Headquarters, while helping oversee daily front of house operations. Additionally, this individual will hold key functions specific to our Trauma Ready initiatives and various marketing and tradeshow execution tasks.


Essential Job Functions

Office and Program Management

  • Serving as the first point of contact for all visitors at Safeguard Medical by welcoming and signing in guests, providing tours of our facility and delivering an excellent first impression and overall guest experience.
  • Oversees excellent front of house operations including ensuring our lobby, breakroom, conference area and common spaces are in excellent condition, and executing general office management tasks such as checking the mail, ordering supplies, etc.
  • Assisting with our corporate-wide Trauma Ready Initiative, including employee communication, tracking progress and completion rates and scheduling and coordinating live, practical sessions.
  • Providing support to the Marketing Communications department in the form of graphic design for various channels including digital marketing, social media, print design, etc.
  • Supporting Tradeshow manager in the scheduling and planning of our global tradeshows, including registering for events, ensuring timely payment, reserving hotels and transportation as needed, assisting in packing and scheduling outbound shipments, etc.
  • Other duties are required related to Marketing and HR in driving culture
  • Assisting with various Human Resources support tasks as needed.


Requirements:

Qualifications

Bachelors degree preferred or >10 years experience in developing and supporting Marketing initiatives and successfully implementing organizational wide initiatives.

Experience in Marketing, Communications, tradeshows or another related field desired

Experience in various graphic design platforms including illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, required.

Experience in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition and Camera Raw preferred.

Experience in small, dynamic business environments preferred.

Experience supporting successful social media campaigns preferred.

Experience using Monday or similar workflow tools, preferred.

Experience in office management duties preferred.

Experience in public speaking preferred.

Proven ability to work independently

Proficiency with Microsoft Office to include PowerPoint required.

Physical Requirements
