Job DescriptionJob Description

Are you a hardworking, reliable maintenance technician? We’re looking for you Our company is growing and we need a maintenance professional who has the know-how to keep our facilities and equipment in top shape. You’ll conduct regular inspections and routine maintenance. If you have a passion for fixing things we want you to bring your experience to our team. Apply today The ideal candidate would be looking for a part-time position of 15-20 hours per week. Retired applicants are welcome as well as young people who are mechanical.

Compensation:

$20 - $50 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced
  • Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed
  • Possible on-site commercial jobs and local travel to those facilities
Qualifications:
  • Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends
  • Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
  • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
  • Must be able to demonstrate advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent
