We are seeking an experienced Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience, specializing in Revit and 3D BIM. This role is crucial in shaping the future of our projects, ensuring that our designs are both functional and forward-thinking. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed drawings and models using Revit and 3D BIM.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Assist in the coordination and integration of design elements across various disciplines.
- Review and refine designs to enhance functionality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Participate in project meetings, providing technical insights and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including design reports, material lists, and cost estimates.
- Review and verify the accuracy of designs before final approval and submission.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and practices in agricultural design and drafting.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Designer.
- Proficiency in Revit and 3D BIM software.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and design principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Education:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related experience.
