Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial/Commercial HVAC Technician II to join our team in Lithonia, GA (Atlanta). As an HVAC Technician II, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance and efficiency of HVAC systems, contributing to the comfort and safety of our clients' facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair industrial and commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, rooftop units, and air handling units.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
  • Diagnose malfunctions and troubleshoot HVAC systems to determine root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Utilize specialized tools and equipment to conduct repairs and replacements of HVAC components.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent years of work experience
  • 4-6+ years of power generator and/or commercial HVAC experience performing inspection, maintenance, and repair
  • Field-based position, with local travel daily. Driver's License required.
