As the Automotive Service Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the service department and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will manage and coach a team of service advisors and technicians to achieve operational efficiency and exceed customer expectations. This is a leadership position that requires a strong understanding of automotive service operations, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering a superior customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service
- Manage a team of service advisors and technicians, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures to meet service department goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, resolving any issues or concerns that arise
- Monitor and analyze service department performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for growth
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the dealership
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a leadership role within the automotive service industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of automotive service operations, including diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and customer-oriented environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
