ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Production Inventory Manager is responsible for daily oversight of the Inventory Department, the movement of product on site, and supervising the Inventory Associates that help upkeep the flow of operations. This includes comprehension of our product software and tracking of the various stages of production within the software. The Production Inventory Manager should uphold a level of professionalism, a willingness to learn new processes, and be thorough in communicating the supply needs of the business.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - INVENTORY PURCHASING ASSOCIATE:
Staff members must understand, abide by, and enforce AZ Department of Health Services ("AZDHS") rules, regulations, and compliance standards.
Answer or direct inquiries through proper channels when needed.
Ability to devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures.
Assist in developing metrics for various tracking and production reporting.
Communicate variances to Leadership and make the necessary systematic adjustments.
Uphold all Inventory policies and procedures with a heavy emphasis on accuracy and compliance.
Update internal databases with relevant production levels.
Effectively manage Inventory Associates and daily required tasks.
Maintain optimal organization and cleanliness of all inventory processing and storage areas.
Oversee weekly audits and monthly reconciliations for their designated facility.
Accurate record keeping, execution of operational tasks, and inventory control.
Consistently remains compliant with all legal and/or company regulations for the industry.
Members must be team-oriented, energetic, and passionate about the company and brands.
Can-do attitudes help each staff member navigate daily tasks with ease.
Sense of urgency and punctuality is absolutely required.
Each member must take pride in the work that is done, and take ownership of their high-performing work ethic.
Quality time management skills are required in this position.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Pay Rate: From $45,000/year
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
Ability to lift 50+ pounds as needed.
Quick learner and willing to be coachable and flexible with work tasks.
Must be 21+ years old.
Ability to obtain and maintain an AZDHS Facility Agent Card.
Attention to detail and ability and willingness to follow instructions.
Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
Reliable attendance and communication - show up to work when you say you will and do what you say you will do.
Criminal background checks will be performed; most marijuana-related crimes will not negatively impact an application.
Reliable transportation.
