Founded in 1948 by John Pridgeon and Donald Clay, we are one of the largest independent, value-added manufacturers and suppliers of automotive stamped and fine-blanked components in the United States.

Objective: The Maintenance Coordinator will assist the Maintenance Manager to increase or maintain organization and to ensure its efficiency in an exemplary manner according to the Company Quality Policy.

Qualified Candidates will possess the following Minimum Requirements:

  • High school Diploma or GED (Associate's degree preferred)
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to perform projects with a high degree of detail
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional professional attributes of self-motivation, dependability and confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal skills along with the ability to build effective work relationships
  • An excellent work history, including attendance

Essential Functions:

Standard Work:

  • Receive calls from production for maintenance, log information, and dispatch maintenance personal according to priority
  • Work with suppliers to quote parts, write requisitions using EAM, and track parts
  • Update daily reports and spreadsheets
  • Organize daily PM completion
  • Document any maintenance procedures that have changes
  • Check on the delivery status of open purchase orders
  • Notify maintenance team leaders of any excessive machine downtime
  • Perform the duties of the PM scheduler/planner on a backup basis

Teamwork:

  • Perform production support activities as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
  • Report to Team Leader any damage to equipment/facilities that may have occurred while operating a hi-lo.

Organization/Communication/Professionalism:

  • Effectively communicate with co-workers and management personnel to enhance teamwork and communication initiatives.
  • Provide necessary, accurate, and timely feedback of all pertinent information to co-workers and management.
  • Consistently exhibit appropriate attendance habits, working the hours necessary to perform the job.
  • Organize and maintain efficiency of personal work area.
  • Consistently adhere to, and support, company policies and procedures, including ISO, IATF 16949, and safety regulations.
  • Accept instructions and duties in a positive manner.
  • Treat all co-workers with dignity and respect.
  • Exhibit all the attributes of a positive role model (including professionalism, personal integrity, and positive attitude) for employees and managers to emulate.
  • Assist in maintaining company values (Integrity, People, Customers, Safety, We Can If...Do What It Takes, and Ownership) daily, through thoughts and actions.
